evaluation for my CD cover

My design is the outline of Alesha Dixon with a white background and her face is covering most of the cover. The title is her name with a quote which I made up as her new single. When I started to design it it was not that hard to design so I decided to change it and then I used the Alesha Dixon design with her picture and just drew around it. When I was designing CD covers I done a lot of designs to see what one I thought was the best. I printed out the steps of my design for my final cover. The size of the CD covers were 12-12 cm.


On the back of my cover I put Alesha Dixons name with songs from her old album and made some new ones up. I also designed a barcode. I didn't put a picture on the back because I wanted it to look plain but still affective. I also designed a spine for the side which was the same length of the covers and it was black and white. It wasn't that hard to design on photoshop but there was some things that were harder to do than others. I used the tablet to create my covers which I found easier to use than the mouse.
