Planning my CD cover

Above is the picture that I changed and made my own because I cannot just copy someone else's work. I am going to change my CD cover to having Alesha Dixon on the front cover so she stands out. I am going to have a black background with white writing on the front of it so the writing stands out from the background, but now I want to make the picture different so it does not just look like a picture so I'm going to change either the colour of it or just do the outline of the picture.
