The topic we are doing at the moment is about campaigns and how they get there message across and who the target audience is. The Campaigns I have looked at is Smoking, the Haiti Earthquake and violence against women.
My smoking campaign is about how people should stop smoking infront of their children and if they love their children then they will do it for them. The target audience is the children and there parents. I think the campaign is good because it does get its message across well and people will listen to it because they want to do it for there children. The picture suits the campaign because it has everything to do with what they are trying to get across to people. If I had to change this campaign I would use more effective colours that stand out.
The Haiti earthquake campaign is asking people to help them and donate money to help those in Haiti so they can survive. It is basically asking us if we donate money to them then we will help peoples lives and they will survive with our help. This campaign is good and gets there message across because it makes people aware and will interest people so they will listen. The campaign looks good but it needs more effective pictures and less writing then it would stand out more. I think people will listen to this campaign because they will want to change peoples lives and make a difference because if it was us then we would want them to help us.
The violence against women campaign is showing people how bad the situations are and what these women are going through and how we need to help them. There are a lot of other different campaigns that are helping women through this situation. People make these campaigns because they want to help these women and are asking them to tell someone about it so there life's will change and not having to be scared anymore. If i could change anything about these leaflets I would use more effective colours, less writing and in one of the leaflets there are pictures after and before so I want to use that because it will get peoples attention.
